ON-SITE SERVICE (available to all of Chicago and Suburbs)

Let our qualified technicians take care of all of your office equipment service needs at your location. We service all brands and models of copiers, fax units, multifunction units and printers. On-site location fee is $150.00 up to one hour.

We do not charge for travel time. All of our work is guaranteed for 30 days if the same problem occurs we will not charge labor for the callback service.

COPIERS and HI-END MULTI-FUNCTION COPIER/PRINTER/SCANNER/FAX SYSTEMS

GOLDSTAR MAINTENANCE PROGRAM -

Cost/Copy Consultants offers this program on copier equipment pending inspection from a service technician. Cost/Copy will service and maintain the system for a period of one year up to the set expiring meter count. C/C agrees to provide all emergency service calls as reasonably requested and scheduled PM’s. Normal replacement parts are included at no additional charge. All consumable supplies including toner, developer, drums and rollers (only exception paper and staples) are included with this program. If you are interested in this maintenance program please contact our office to set up a free inspection of your machine so that we can provide the best possible option and price for your company.

STANDARD MAINTENANCE PROGRAM

Cost/Copy Consultants will agree to service and maintain your fax unit for one year providing all service calls as reasonably requested at no charge for LABOR. Replacement parts are included at no additional charge. Consumable items: paper, toner/developer, drum, and fuser units/assemblies are not included under this agreement. Pricing for this maintenance program varies depending on the model of the machine and the condition it is in at the time of program request. Please contact our office for more information.
